2006 CHRISTMAS!!!

ALRIGHT!!! It's CHRISTMAS!!! hohoho. Though the weather was not really cooperative and we met with a lot of problems, the event was still successful. It went like this...

XY, Lynn and Choo Poh were supposed to meet me in my house at 3pm. In the end, Choo Poh and Lynn rached except XY. LOL! Next time please don't say i always late lor. All of us took turns hor. Anyway, we fooled around a little and when it was 4.30pm, we went downstairs to get some last items - Charcoal and firestarter. After that, we went back home and it was raining quite heavily. We listened to songs and made last minute preparations and then we headed off for Pasir Ris Park at around 5.20pm. We reached there at around 6pm. It was still drizzling but it did not seem to become lighter. We got the food from the delivery uncle from BBQ WHOLESALE which was VERY HEAVY. LOL. We had like so many bags but only four people. MY FAULT AGAIN. I didn't know there would be so much stuff so i didn't ask for extra help. Anyway, XY and Choo Poh managed to transport those heavy stuff to the pit. LOL. XY and Choo Poh were SOOOO DIRTY!!! They wanted to take the shorter route by walking on the grassy area meaning loads of MUD!!! Their shirts and pants had stains. EWWWWW!!! HAHAHAHA!!! We reached the pit with Yvonne, Pei Lian, See Ngee, Wan Ying, Xiao Xin, Jun Wen, Christine, Cynthia, Solehah, Juliana and Jason. Think these were the people there waiting for the rain to stop. In the end, we headed for my house instead because the rain didn't seem to want to halt.

Lynn, XY, Choo Poh and i went to get the portable BBQ Pit. We finally got the BBQ fire going and managed to BBQ a few items. Suddenly, 2 policemen came. LOL. For a while there, i was pretty scared la. Especially when he asked me for my identification. OMG! I thought gonna be blacklisted or what sia. Luckily my friends tell me say only take down name. We stopped BBQ-ing of course. I asked my friends to bring the food upstairs so that my maid could cook it. So we took turns and brought the food downstairs at different intervals.

After that, we played the PINATA i made. Don't know if anyone took pictures. Anyway, i took 2 days to make that thing. HAHAHA!!! Everyone took turns to hit the pinata and finally, it broke. All the sweets were on the floor. Luckily, people were snatching the sweets. If no one did, i think it would be a little anti-climax. LOL! So we had loads of fun venting our anger on that pinata. After that, we EXCHANGED PRESENTS!!! Hahaha... I made everyone stand in a circle so that everyone could see each other. Whoever picked the name in the bag, they would receive a present from that person with of course a christmas greeting. Almost all of them use the same line lor. "Merry Christmas." Please lor... Creativity people!!! LOL. If they ask me i also don't know what else. But who's asking me? LOL. After the gift exchange, I made everyone open up their presents. AHHAHAA!!! You could see their faces la. Some were like so excited to open, others were murmuring to each other "Oh no. How? How?" AHHAHA. I was laughing at people's expense. HOHO! Anyway, they all enjoyed themselves so that's what really matters to me la.

One thing i am really grateful is that they actually remembered thanking me. I was so touched lor because usually organiser very poor thing de. LOL. Actually to really make the event successful is the people who come for it. If they are good sport and great fun, everything will work out just right. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

After most of them left, Lynn, Choo Poh, Rachael, Gary, Qinsheng, Matthew, Jason and I stayed to clear up. In the end, we started talking about stuff. LOL. BAO LIAO!!! Hahaha. Sorry, but i cannot tell you what we talked about because a lot TOP SECRET. HAHA! All i can say is VERY INTERESTING. LOL. Finally, we cleared everything and packed up for home (they had to help me carry the stuff to my house). We said a last MERRY CHRISTMAS and i went to bathe. GOODNESS. Wat a day. I am so tired now la. HAHAHA!
