update

it's been so long rite... hahaha... hmm... i finished a book already... The title is With This Ring and it was written by Amanda Quick... Hmm.. this story is actualy about a widow, Beatrice and a widower Leo Monkrest a.k.a. The madmonk of monkrest... Beatrice's uncle died and she suspects it is not of the natural course and somewhat related to a pair of rings connected to a legend... so she went to seek information from Leo and that was when sparks flew across the room... An exciting novel with murders.... You just can't stop guessing...

A few quotes from the different books i have read:

"I cannot offer you great wealth, but i can offer you unending love," he vowed, kissing her eyes, the bridge of her nose. "I don't care about wealth," she said. "I don't care about anything but you, just to be with you, by your side, part of your life..." "I'll not let you go. The king's men could not take you from me now, I'll keep you warm, and i'll love you until i draw my last breath, i swear to God i shall." he promised.

I took this down because i felt deeply touched by the dialogue between these two lovers... Even though they do not know what will happen next, they are contented with just each other. No matter wat happens, as long as they have each other, they are very happy... I think i am a romantic but this kind of thing... i think you can only encounter them in novels... hahaha... there's always room for hope rite? hahaha... maybe someday you'll be exchanging such lovely yet sincere vows... not in front of anyone but only for him/her to hear... AWW... hahaha...

"Love and hate were not at opposite ends of the spectrum. They were in very precarious balance with each other, sometimes indistinguishable from each other, easily exchanged for each other."

So true ya... This quote was taken from the book Thief of Dreams by Mary Balough... Just when you thought that you loved someone ever so dearly, that person turns out to have cheated you of ur feelings... Because you love him/her so deeply, it turns to hate... If you can forgive... does that mean that you have stopped loving him/her? Because it does not matter to you anymore... Maybe through these encounters, then you will realise that actually, there was not that much love in the first place...
